Flashing BIOS

After Windows is reinstalled, you need to Flash your BIOS. Flashing means either to update or downgrade your BIOS. It's main objective is to flash with a version different from the current BIOS.

Remember to flash your BIOS twice.

  • We recommend Flash to older BIOS version available for your motherboard. We've experienced it professionally, and nothing can go wrong doing that. Plus, we have noticed that the spoofs have a higher success rate with the oldest Bios version.

  • You can search on Youtube about flashing your motherboard.

  • After first flash, flash BIOS with the same version you just flashed with. For example, if you are currently on BIOS ver B, you can either flash with ver A or ver C (or other too). Let's say you decide to use ver C. After flashing first with ver C, flash again with ver C. Those are the two flashes to be done.

IMPORTANT!

  • If you're on RAID, flashing will reset your SATA Mode to AHCI. In such case, if you try to boot, you will be stuck in a BIOS loop.

  • After second flash, make sure to enable RAID again in BIOS.
