RAID is only needed if you're disk banned. Please skip it if support didn't advise you to raid.

For All PCs

1. Create a bootable USB as per Step 1 of Reinstalling Windows.

2. Download the following file based upon your CPU. For AMD, download AMD Raid driver and for Intel, download Intel Raid driver.

3. Once downloaded, copy the file into the USB.

4. Restart PC and boot into your BIOS. Watch the Tutorial if required.

5. Disable CSM in BIOS. If you cannot explicitly find CSM, then just make sure BIOS is in UEFI mode. If BIOS is in UEFI mode, then CSM is automatically disabled.

6. Enable RAID in BIOS. Go to Advanced -> Integrated Peripheral -> SATA Mode -> RAID (by default it will be AHCI). After enabling RAID, Save and Reboot back into BIOS.
